Creating a Serious and Continuous Conversation on the Human Rights of African Americans

OUR MISSION

The Boukman Institute is a 501c (3) national public policy think tank organization. Whereas our mission is to disseminate in-depth vital knowledge through information sharing mechanisms; national forums, advisory consultation; and lead strategic public debates, multi-sectoral discussions and multilateral cooperation on socio-economic issues and humanitarian crises, significantly critical to the development, growth and well-being altogether of the African American population in the United States of America - U.S.A inclusively men, women and children. The Boukman Institute also works at the federal, national and local levels in conjunction with government and civil society institutions to research, study and collect statistical data useful to strengthen human rights advocacy nationwide and worldwide.

Moreover, the Boukman Institute also undertakes to conduct insightful educational programmes into the social, cultural, judicial, legal and economic impact amongst minorities and between majorities; thereby designing and implementing strategic programs aiming at conflict prevention and management, thereinafter encouraging intercultural understanding, promoting fundamental values such as human rights as well as constitutional rights, and developing a sense of solidarity with a spirit of transparency, and also enhancing exchange between all the people from all different communities across and within the United States of America - U.S.A

Subsequently, the Boukman Institute also aims to educate persons as to their constitutional rights and to express commitment to working together to reinforce self-help efforts with adequate sustainable resources; to improve coordination and consistent policies that support development; promote national and international economic cooperation; and assisting minorities to actively participate in the national and global economy; thereto, enhance national and international development cooperation in spirits of fraternity, unity, transparency and opened dialogue.
