THE BOUKMAN INSTITUTE

MINORITY RIGHTS

The Boukman Institute is a nonprofit public policy think tank. Our major objective is to promote a new critical conversation on the human rights of African Americans informed by the language of international human rights law, and be instrumental in shifting the American political paradigm from a domestic civil rights model to an international human rights model. The Boukman Institute seeks to direct African Americans towards the United Nations (UN) and the international community for technical, political and economic assistance in their struggle for human rights, social justice and equity.
