Dr. Y.N. Kly, an internationally recognized human rights specialist. He is a retired professor of International Law, School of Human Justice University of Regina, Canada. 

Dr. Richard L. Walker II, former Executive Director of the International Human Rights Association of American Minorities, an international NGO in consultative status with the United Nations.

Dr. Farid I. Muhammad, Chairman of  the Behavioral and Social Science Department at East/West University, in Chicago Illinois.

 

STAFF

Robert Hollis, Founder and Director of the Boukman Institute, is a human rights researcher and advocate. He, with the assistance of two college interns, directs the day-to-day activities of the Institute.
